Through independent and supportive events and podcasts, Ergersi will clearly facilitate knowledge growth in the area of healthcare equity for all Australians. This unique insight into the human side of healthcare will be delivered both in person and electronically, accessible to all. Presented through the eyes of professional care providers and affiliates, a wide-range of global topics will be represented. Our team will draw this knowledge from personal experience, published papers, and direct engagement of the audience. Ergersi is well positioned to achieve this as it understands the rural and remote community: promoting the recognition that improved knowledge can close the discernible healthcare inequities.

An organic campaign supports accelerated success of powered lift aviation in penetrating the most challenging and emotive emerging market applications. We permit customer reach via clear comprehension of “why” powered lift is needed.
The podcast is a coaching-style platform and social media presence initially targeting a clinical audience, to be supported by affiliated face to face training events that offer professional development opportunities. As it expands to seek perspectives of broader expert groups, including aviation, a catalogue of knowledge will be created. The result will be a well-connected and informed global body of stakeholders who value a just cause of resolving care inequity in rural areas.
The Australian landscape is the perfect proving ground for new aerospace technology, with rural health front of mind.
Powered lift aircraft take off like a helicopter and fly as a plane. Aeromedical use will complement existing operations, in places too far out for helicopter to be better than aeroplane.
Our vision surrounds the world-first rescue, treatment and retrieval of patients using powered lift in outback Australia. Many more casualties will be reachable by winch or vertical landing, and directly transported to city hospital helipads.
